When are taxes due and delinquent?

Taxes for both Real Estate and Personal Property are
due December 31st of each year

1st half is delinquent May 1st of the next year
·
2nd half is delinquent September 1st of the next year
·
14% statutory rate is charged on delinquencies

When are tax notices mailed?

They are mailed in the middle of December

What should I do if I didn’t receive a tax notice?

that I don’t understand?

9.
When can I renew my driver’s license?
·
You may renew your expiring Nebraska license within 90 days
(not three months) prior to the expiration date. If you move to a new address,
you should update your Nebraska license within 60 days

What if I lost my driver’s license?

Individuals who have misplaced or destroyed their License, Permit, or State Identification Card may obtain a duplicate from any County Treasurer's office in Nebraska, with acceptable proof of identification. If a Commercial License or Permit has been misplaced, application for the duplicate must be submitted to a Driver's License Examiner. A duplicate License, Permit, or State ID Card may be obtained by mail if the individual is outside of Nebraska at the time of application. The license, Permit, or State Identification Card would be issued without a photgraph and the individual would then be required to obtain a replacement with a photograph on it within 30 days of their return to Nebraska.
